NEC3 Frameworks Scotland Project Director & Project Manager Roles – Glasgow [PDF 48Kb]

The Project Director and Project Manager are important to the successful implementation of projects under Frameworks Scotland. The role of the Project Manager is pivotal in any successful contract using the NEC 3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).

At the end of the course participants should be able to understand the key duties of the Project Director and NEC 3 Project Manager in delivering a project using Frameworks Scotland.

The course will take place at Health Facilities Scotland, Glasgow

This special training event has been designed to supply you with an understanding of how the NEC3 Partnering contract deals with Project Risk. Identifying, allocating and eliminating risk is vital to the success of capital projects within the Framework.

The event covers Identifying risk, Risk workshops and registers, Sharing and allocating risk, Risk elimination and mitigation.

This event combines with the morning module concerned with NEC contract.
