Healthcare Planner Awareness [PDF 54Kb]
This course will make those involved in commissioning buildings and service redesign fully aware of the advantages healthcare planning (HCP) and how to access healthcare planners. It will provide a guide to HCP processes, with practical case studies and interactive discussion to support those planning new schemes or requiring to revisit and re-scope existing schemes.

SCIM Options Appraisal [PDF 41Kb]
This course will consider the need to carry out a robust options appraisal process as part of the SCIM Business Case justification. The course includes an Optional Appraisal workshop exercise. The overall aim is to provide delegate with knowledge to ensure business case options appraisal is prepared and developed in accordance with SCIM.
