Construction of the new Royal Victoria Building at the Western General has been completed on time and on budget, it was announced today.

Generative Space Award Announcement
The Generative Space Award was introduced as a means to: 1 - Build a knowledge base about generative space and its applications; 2 - Identify and recognize exemplary projects that provide community-wide learning opportunities; 3 - Raise awareness of this new method of practice and the benefits that it affords; and 4 - Bring generative space design into mainstream professional practice as a new paradigm.

This strategy provides guidance for all NHSScotland Bodies on the mandatory requirements contained in CEL 2 2012 (A Policy on Sustainable Development for NHSScotland 2012). CEL 2 2012 was issued by the Scottish Government on 25 January 2012.

This report for 2010-11, details NHSScotland’s environmental performance with both absolute values and trends measured over periods of up to 25 years. The data provided by each Board covers energy consumption, water consumption, wastewater and trade effluent, as well as both clinical and non-clinical waste.
